1. How do I get started?
Simply choose a training plan, and after your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. From there, we’ll schedule a 1-on-1 video consultation to discuss your goals and begin your customized plan.
2. Do I need any special equipment for the workouts?
Not at all! I’ll create a plan that works with your available equipment. Whether you’re working out at home with minimal gear or have access to a full gym, the workouts are tailored to your situation.
3. How often will I have sessions?
All plans include 16 live sessions per month. These sessions are scheduled based on your availability and fitness goals.
4. Can I change my plan if I feel it’s not right for me?
Yes! Your fitness journey is all about adjustments. If the plan doesn’t seem like a perfect fit, just reach out, and we’ll tweak it until it works for you.
5. What happens if I miss a session?
If you miss a session, you can reschedule it within the same week, subject to availability. I always make sure to keep you on track!
